Every single kitten traveling by air is hand-carried directly inside the climate-controlled airplane cabin by our professional, dedicated Flight Nanny, ensuring continuous monitoring, hydration, warmth, and affection from departure to delivery.

• Kitten Ready Age: Kittens are ready to travel at 11 to 12 weeks of age, after completing their full core vaccination series, multi-stage deworming, microchip implantation, and final veterinary wellness check.
• Scheduling Window: Once your adoption balance is settled, our flight logistics team books the flight itinerary and obtains the official State/USDA Veterinary Health Certificate (issued within 10 days of travel). This process takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.
• Transit Time: Flight nanny deliveries are completed on the same day (typically 4 to 8 hours total flight and connection time).

4 Transparent Shipping Pricing

We provide clear, upfront delivery pricing without hidden surcharges:

• Flight Nanny In-Cabin Delivery: $300 – $450 (includes flight ticket, in-cabin pet fee, TSA-approved carrier, and veterinary travel certificate). Exact price depends on destination airport location.
• Ground Pet Courier: Calculated based on mileage for regional doorstep delivery.
• Local In-Person Pickup: Free ($0 delivery fee).

5 What Accompanies Your Kitten

Every kitten arrives fully equipped with their comprehensive adoption package:

• TSA-approved airline soft-sided carrier with plush fleece bedding.
• Signed Official Veterinary Health Certificate and vaccination record booklet.
• Microchip identification number and national registry enrollment packet.
• Familiar scented blanket carrying the mother’s and siblings’ scent to ease rehoming transition.
• Starter supply of premium kitten dry food and favorite interactive toys.
• Copy of the signed 2-Year Genetic Health Warranty and care guide.

6 Flight Tracking & Delivery Day Protocol

We keep you informed at every step of your kitten’s journey:

1. Flight Confirmation: We provide full airline details, flight numbers, and estimated arrival times 48–72 hours prior to flight day.
2. Real-Time Updates: On flight day, the flight nanny texts you photo updates upon airport check-in, during layovers, and when landing.
3. Airport Meeting: You will meet the flight nanny at baggage claim or passenger arrival area. Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
4. Homecoming & 72-Hour Checkup: Bring your kitten home to their quiet sanctuary room and schedule their baseline veterinary checkup within 72 hours.

7 Weather Safety & Delay Contingency

If extreme weather conditions (e.g., severe blizzards or severe storms) cause airline cancellations, the flight will be safely rescheduled for the next available flight day. Kitten safety will never be compromised for scheduling convenience.
